Sōta Tachibana is a multitalented freeter who goes from one part-time job to another, standing out above all for his short stature. His life changes when his older sister Kaoru, who is almost two meters tall, enlists him as an assistant on the women's volleyball team at her university. Sōta finds himself working closely with a group of very tall, athletic girls with strong personalities, immersing himself in a completely new environment. His presence, so different from that of the players, quickly attracts their attention, giving rise to lively and often awkward interactions.
