My Stepmother and Stepsisters Aren’t Wicked

Following the death of her mother, Miya is taken in by the prominent estate of her estranged father. As an illegitimate child, she braces herself for the worst, fully expecting her new life to mirror a classic fairy tale where she is subjected to endless torment and servitude by a cruel stepmother and bitter stepsisters.

However, Miya's grim preparations are immediately shattered upon her arrival. Instead of cold resentment, her new stepfamily showers her with genuine affection and overwhelming warmth. Completely unequipped to handle their kindness, Miya must awkwardly adjust to a household dynamic that defies all her pessimistic predictions. My Stepmother and Stepsisters Aren’t Wicked playfully subverts traditional tropes, delivering a wholesome slice-of-life comedy about finding acceptance and navigating the pleasant shock of a truly loving home.
