Pan Dorobou

Imagine a loaf of bread going around the city's bakeries stealing more bread. It seems crazy, but that's precisely the absurd story at the heart of this series based on Keiko Shibata's famous illustrated book.

The funny thing is that this peculiar thief gets up to all sorts of mischief to get his hands on the best loaves in town, getting himself into absurd and hilarious situations. Kadokawa has already announced the anime adaptation, and while it's still unclear whether it will be a TV series or a few shorts, the idea is already brilliant. If you're looking for something light, funny, a little nonsensical, and perfect for unwinding, keep an eye out because it promises to be a hit.
