Pokémon Horizons: The Series

Leaving the pristine region of Paldea behind, a timid young girl named Liko enrolls at Kanto's Indigo Academy to begin her journey as a Pokémon trainer. Paired with Nyahoja, a fickle Grass-type cat, Liko is just starting to learn the ropes of bonding and battling. However, her ordinary school life is suddenly upended when a shadowy organization known as The Explorers targets her. Their prize is a gleaming pendant gifted by her grandmother, which harbors ancient secrets far beyond a simple protective charm.

Narrowly escaping the thieves, Liko is rescued by the Rising Volt Tacklers, a daring band of adventurers led by the Lizardon-riding trainer Friede. Realizing that her safest option is to stay on the move, Liko decides to leave the academy behind and join their crew. As they travel across diverse regions, the newly minted trainer embarks on a grand expedition to uncover the true nature of her pendant and experience the boundless mysteries of the Pokémon world.
